Please remember, all homes within Bretton Ridge are required to participate in the homeowners association. Various dues levels and payment options are available here and can be found below. Full Resident – $345 . Full participation in the HOA. Full Access to pool, park, tennis courts, social activities, and HOA voting rights.
Associate Resident – $195. Full participation in the HOA. Access to park but not pool or tennis courts. Voting rights.
Senior Resident – $170. Full membership for senior residents only. Full access to pool, park, tennis courts and voting rights.
