We discussed this past year&#8217;s accomplishments and what we plan to work on in 2026. The budget has been finalized and passed for 2026, and the assessments will be $275. Please keep an eye out for your 2026 invoice emailed to you from PayHOA and pay by 4\/15\/26 for free guest passes! You can view the financial specifics in the attached 2026\u00a0<span class=\"markebolfjcna\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Annual<\/span>\u00a0HOA Meeting (pages 12-15), or through your PayHOA portal (From their dashboard, click on Documents and then Financial Reports &amp; Budgets)<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">As part of the\u00a0<span class=\"markebolfjcna\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">annual<\/span>\u00a0process, board positions were confirmed. He has made such a meaningful impact on our community.<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">I would also like to take this time to mention a few additional items. We will be enforcing a new rule in the park this year: No motorized vehicles are allowed inside the park.\u00a0 This includes E-Bikes, Dirt Bikes, 4-wheelers, etc. Also, the dumpster in the park parking lot is for authorized use only. It is not a dumpster that is open to the public. Please do not fill it with construction waste or large items that waste management will not accept. We all pay every time it is emptied, so please keep this in mind.<\/div>\n<div aria-hidden=\"true\" data-ogsc=\"\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div data-ogsc=\"\">Thank you for your part in making this neighborhood such a wonderful place to live.
