The annual meeting of homeowners is scheduled for February 12th, 2020. The meeting will start at 7pm at the North Olmsted Library. Please make a note and try to attend. There is a lot to talk about, and lots going on, so it is important that you try to attend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The members of the board will report on the activities for 2019, and a financial report will be provided. There will also be a discussion (and a chance to ask questions) of the legal documents. By the time of the meeting, voting on the new documents will have started, and you will be able to cast a vote at that meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The board will discuss future projects, updates on current projects, and a vote for the 2020 board will be conducted. If you are interested in running for a board position, you will need to let the board secretary know in writing before the annual meeting (to prepare voting ballots). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To run for a board position, all you need to do is write a short sentence of intent with your name, address and contact info. Then (according to our current bi-laws) you must obtain endorsements from at least 4 Bretton Ridge residents. Simply have them sign their name and address to your letter, and you’re all set!
