The vote has been adjourned until August 8, 2019. <\/strong>The decision to extend the vote was due\nto lack of votes received, on both sides. The Board, and everyone in attendance at the March\n4th meeting unanimously agreed to the adjournment.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n All proxies received to date on the Proposed Amended and Restated Declaration and Code of\nRegulations, distributed to all Owners of Record in January 2019, will remain valid until the\nAugust 8, 2019 voting meeting. If you have not yet voted, PLEASE mail in your proxy vote.\nReplacement proxy ballots can be downloaded from our website or Facebook page, or contact a\nBoard member.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n A few homeowners expressed concern regarding signing the limited power of attorney on the\nproxy ballot. The power of attorney on the proxy is a limited power of attorney only valid for the\nvoting on the Proposed Amended and Restated Declaration and Code of Regulations distributed\nto all Owners of Record in January 2019. If any new changes are made to the documents, the\nproxy would become invalid, and a new power of attorney would need to be signed. In addition,\na homeowner may rescind the power of attorney at any time by contacting a board member or\neven by just showing up at the voting meeting and asking for it back.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Board does plan to have at least one additional informational meeting, and perhaps more, if\nthere is interest. We need everyone to participate in this vote – so please send your proxy\nballot in as soon as possible<\/strong>.
