On behalf of the board, thank you to everyone who attended our annual HOA meeting on February 12th. We discussed this past year’s accomplishments and what we plan to work on in 2026. The budget has been finalized and passed for 2026, and the assessments will be $275. Please keep an eye out for your 2026 invoice emailed to you from PayHOA and pay by 4/15/26 for free guest passes! As part of the annual process, board positions were confirmed. I am looking forward to continuing to serve.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to David Saunders for his dedication and years of service. He has made such a meaningful impact on our community.
I would also like to take this time to mention a few additional items. We will be enforcing a new rule in the park this year: No motorized vehicles are allowed inside the park. This includes E-Bikes, Dirt Bikes, 4-wheelers, etc. Also, the dumpster in the park parking lot is for authorized use only. It is not a dumpster that is open to the public. Please do not fill it with construction waste or large items that waste management will not accept. We all pay every time it is emptied, so please keep this in mind.
