One of the biggest challenges we face as a community is making sure we are communicating effectively. At the meeting this week, some of our members expressed their frustrations in receiving the board’s messaging. To encourage residents to be proactive, we highlighted four communication channels we regularly use to communicate – in addition to traditional mail. Our hope is to get as many homeowners in at least one of these channels as possible, so we can be sure to reach everyone at some level electronically. It’s not always convenient or cost-effective to send letters to every home, so please be sure to sign up, update, bookmark or join one of the following:
