Hi Everyone! I hope this subtle change in weather finds you feeling waves of anticipation for summer! I personally can’t wait to enjoy all that the great outdoors has to offer. As we look forward to a very productive spring down at the pool and park, we wanted to open up some dialogue with homeowners about what they feel best serves the community.
As you have hopefully heard from the annual meeting, emails and social media posts, we are able to use some funds we have not had in the past to make some improvements and updates to the park and facilities. Work on the pool heater and electrical system is already underway, but we are able to make some choices moving forward into 2018.
In the next few days, a special interest survey will be sent around looking for community input on how best to use the funds we gather from general assessments. Over the last two years, I have collected ideas from homeowners and put together a ‘wish list’ with as many prices as I could get a hold of – that can be found here: Community Wish List
The simple survey is only a few basic questions, but is important in helping direct community generated funds toward priority projects people see real value in completing. If you have an idea for a project, improvement, replacement or update, please let me know – I’ll add it to the list. Any pricing you have for the project would also be great to add – thanks in advance!
