In addition to this updated policy being published here, a signed paper copy of the 2018 Assessment Collection Policy has been mailed to every home in Bretton Ridge. The invoices for 2018 have also been mailed home this week, so please be on the lookout for them in your mailbox.
As you are probably also aware, if you pay your 2018 assessments early, you can earn free guest passes to the pool! Your annual assessments are now due by May 1, 2018. Pay by check, or online by using the link at the top of this page. Thank you for your prompt payment!
