The annual meeting of homeowners is scheduled for February 14th, 2019. The meeting will start at 7pm at the North Olmsted Library. Please make a note and try to attend. There is a lot to talk about, and lots going on, so it is important that you try to attend.
The members of the board will report on the activities for 2018, and a financial report will be provided. There will also be a discussion (and a chance to ask questions) of the legal documents. By the time of the meeting, voting on the new documents will have started, and you will be able to cast a vote at that meeting.
The board will discuss future projects, updates on current projects, and a vote for the 2019 board will be conducted. If you are interested in running for a board position, you will need to let the board secretary know in writing before the annual meeting (to prepare voting ballots).
To run for a board position, all you need to do is write a short sentence of intent with your name, address and contact info. Then (according to our current bi-laws) you must obtain endorsements from at least 4 Bretton Ridge residents. Simply have them sign their name and address to your letter, and you’re all set! Once you have that together, you can email it or snail-mail it to our board secretary (see the contact info on the side panel of this website).
At the annual meeting we will vote for seven residents to serve on the board for 2019.
