WAIVER OF UNDERSTANDING – before residents will be given a pool pass for the 2020 season, they must read and understand the rules of operation for this season and sign a liability waiver. They must also sign that they have read and understand the rules, and that violation of the rules could result in the loss of pass and access to the pool for the season. Waivers and passes will be available at the pool gate starting Friday May 29th.
It is important for all swimmers and guests to understand that these operating rules are in compliance with how the State of Ohio and the Board of Health will be inspecting our facility. They will be looking for our ability to follow these rules and monitor guests, or they will shut our facility down. It is important for every adult and child visiting the pool to understand and follow these rules.
Please note! Failure to follow these rules could result in the loss of access to the pool facilities at Bretton Ridge (without refund) for the remainder of the 2020 season.
