A heartfelt thank you to all homeowners who have paid the 2021 Assessments on time! Your commitment is not only appreciated but it also supports our efforts to make this the outstanding community that it is.
For those few who have not paid 2021 assessments, a third notice invoice and a copy of our Collection Policy will be mailed to you shortly.
Per our collection policy, a $20 monthly late fee will be charged, meaning that the cumulative late fee for this year is $40 ($20 charged on June 1st and July 1st) Continuing to ignore the assessment will ultimately result in legal collection actions which also entails additional fees.
