The Annual Meeting of Homeowners is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 8th, 2023 at 7:15 PM in the North Olmsted Branch Library at: 27403 Lorain Road. We look forward to seeing all of you there.
2024 Board Member Elections
Any homeowner in Bretton Ridge (with no dues in arrears) is eligible to run for a board position. If you are interested in running for a board position, please contact the current board secretary before February 2, 2023. A simple note of intent to run is sufficient.
However, the note of intent needs to be accompanied by 6 signatures of endorsement from Bretton Ridge adult residents, also in good standing. We would LOVE to have some fresh names and faces on the ballot! Please reach out to any current board member with questions or to share your interest in serving on the board!
