One of the tasks we have as a board of directors is to listen to feedback from residents and to process that into meaningful changes to best serve the neighborhood. To that end, we have constructed a ‘delta’ document listing changes pending or changes already made to the legal documents (Restrictive Covenants and Declarations & Restrictions).
Since the community needs to continually be updated with the changes, proposals, and language, we have shared this link: Frequently Updated Delta Document
The link to that document should open a web page in Google Docs. If you are not familiar, just treat it like a web page, and scroll down to see the list of changes mid-way through the first page. Check back to that link frequently as we continue to gather feedback on the wording of clauses in those documents. We appreciate all the feedback we have received so far, and look forward to finishing this important project.
